"I worked with Mr. Lenin O. Arroyo. He spoke politely and professionally on emails, text messages, and on the phone. He spoke with a tone of voice that showed care and wanting to provide best service for the customer. Its getting harder to find people who is like him these day, so I feel lucky to work with him. We worked on a new home insurance, a rental property insurance, and auto insurance.
